I've been.getting chest pain on and off for a week. Today it's been quite bad.Went to a&e on Monday , had 2 ecgs and blood test.
They said it's stress but I'm scared !

Why scared? What exactly are you scared of? What kind of blood test did they do, cardiac enzymes (e.g. troponin)? Sounds like you're fine, and it is indeed stress. This is not uncommon at all.

Yes blood test was for cardiac enzymes.
Worried it's my heart..

You had scientific tests rule that out so  (and there are no 'what ifs" about it)

I keep getting chest pain at night. Scared it’s my heart.
I have depression and anxiety, I have recently started on mitrazapine.
A couple of weeks ago I went to a & e with chest and arm pain , had 2 ecgs and blood test - All ok, but I didn’t mentioned the chest pain at night.
The mitrazapine is making me tired but I’m carrying on with them.
I just feel so worried all the time.
Googled , Big mistake - said could be angina !!

Google will say chest / arm pain can be angina, a cough can be lung cancer, and - regardless of gender - stomach cramps mean you're pregnant. Google doesn't know your medical history, nor can it physically examine you. Professionals examined you and found nothing, you're fine. Chest pain is very common with depression and anxiety, and arm pain is common for a lot of reasons including trauma.

If you're getting it intermitently without exertion it's unlikey to be angina. My dad had angina for several years but only if he was walking cross country or exerting himself in the garden.
If it's happening mainly at night it's almost certainly because you're anxious and focused on it. Had this problem myself a few years ago... even had a ramp test at hospital (along with a queue of other mid aged males with worried looks) ... that was fine. They got me up to jogging speed and all wired up and no problems. But I still didn't believe them and each night as I lay in bed with this growing, burning ache plum in the centre of my chest I thought my days (hours, seconds) were numbered. In fact it stayed with me for nigh on three months until I got so racked off with the fear and uncertainty that I'd end up yelling at 'IT' in the small hours ( I live alone, not even a cat to scare !). I sort of gave it the 'come on then if you think your hard enough' treatment … and gradually it eased and eventually went altogether. I still get the mysterious aches and pains but I'm pretty sure its just my old 'mate' anxiety having a tease. Chin up. :winks:
