Hello ,

Im 25 years old. I have never thought in what ways panic and anxiety exist (after reading through some of the posts).
For me its really hard to describe my anxienty or panic attack's. I get a very unpleasent feeling deep down in my body , i cant
relaxe and feel like im trapped , its hard to calm myself down.
I didnt have panic attack for a minute , but every time i plan vacation or try to go on holydays it hits me like a truck.
I really want to travel with my friends and dont wanna get left behind , i missing out on so much fun.
I hope i can get some help here for what i can do.

i can relate to that except I get that feeling every time I need to leave house.
I have recently travelled to Lanzarote with my son ( first time I have done flight like this) and my anxiety was through the roof . I was trying to do some breathing techniques I ve learnt on my CBT , where you imagine square in front of you and breath in as one side of the square , pause , breath out and pause again, do that for few minutes.
I know how hard it is to put it into practise when you in the moment of panic but you can give it a go . Also drunk lots of Camomile tea as it has relaxing and calming effect.
