Hi everyone.
I'm starting an Anxiety support Group from this Sunday - 8th September in North London that will then run every second Sunday of the month from 7-9pm.
Anyone with any form of anxiety is welcome such as health anxiety, GAD, social anxiety etc.
It will be a safe and confidential space to discuss any issues you wish and refreshments will be provided. It's a user led group.
