HELP GUYS

GUYS im so scared i get ocassionaly a sore head like a little tension pain on the left side above my head it comes once a day and frightens me. I have no other symptoms with it such as sickness, not being able to see etc im just worried im gonna die

like go to sleep tonight and not wake up

help guys
