hi i am new

my friend told me about this site. I have suffered panic attacks for 2 and a half years now. I was on antidepressants for a while but got a bit better and stopped taking them a year ago but suddenly they've started getting really bad again and I feel terrible so thought I'd sign up here to see if anyone can help as my fiance, friends and family don't understand what I'm going through and tel me to pull myself together:wacko:
