Bulging swollen cartilage no pain

A little bit of background, I have rhinitic and 3 weeks ago got scabies.
Recently while showering I notice my left cartilage (1st from the top) is significantly bigger than my right. It doesn't feel tenderness or pain when touched. Several days ago a sudden quick sharp pain occur and happen again interment 2 or 3 times within a week. https://photos.app.goo.gl/r2DkKXPm8gjkHB3H6

I consult with dr google (bad idea) and all the inflame cartilage should come with pain but im not! This drives me crazy, im checking with Doctor next week, but couldn't help while waiting :(
Anyone had the same thing??

Just got back from the Doctor, he ask me to take a x-ray (he didn't even bother to touch the buldge bone!) and after examining the photo he said its because of scoliosis. is it just my anxiety that he didnt even touch it or should I get a second doctor??

Usually when people ask if they should get a second doctor... they probably shouldn’t. It just feeds the cycle not trusting your doctor as if you know better them because of a google search over probably decades of study and practice
