Tingle/ itch thing at end of nose

Hi

The last few days I have been getting this tingle type feeling at the very tip of my nostril, sort of like an itch but different. I am terrified it's the start of some terrible illness and it's making me feel sick. Does anyone else ever get something like this and know what it might be?
