Sad to be back!

Hi all, thought I would post an intro thread for once. Though I'm sad to be back, I know I always receive a lot of love and support on here and am really in need of some right now! I've been on and off the forum for years but haven't needed the support recently. My anxiety / depression has started to rear its head the past few weeks though & tonight inbetween sobbing on the sofa and googling "Am I going mad?" I thought it seemed the right time to 'be around' some peeps who know how I'm feeling.
So hello! I'm Suzie, I'm a nurse from the northwest, and occasionally - I feel like climbing in the boot of my car and hiding from the world :)
