Now I'm worried about Triple E. I'm not going to look it up because it'll scare me even more, but I've been wondering if these symptoms are just anxiety and a cold. Recently I got a cold I had sniffles I might have a fever and it's been going on for a while now, the fever is kinda on and off not even sure if it's a fever. But I feel tired all the time might just be my sleep schedule and I feel out of it. I'm not sure if it's anxiety or not. Any advice maybe some tips about the disease without telling me symptoms to relieve my anxiety. I've been worrying about this for like 4 days or so now and it's getting annoying.

It's Eastern Equine Encephalitis. An incredibly rare form of encephalitis that affects less than 10 people a year in the US. There's been a few fear mongering articles recently in the news thus the trigger here.
