Muscle twitching?

Does anyone have muscle twitching as a side effect of taking citalopram? Muscles in my legs and feet particularly have started randomly twitching since starting 7 days ago. I have a particularly annoying one in my left foot/toes. I also get trembling in my legs. I have been feeling much more anxious so not sure if it’s the anxiety causing the twitching and trembling or the medication?

It might be the citalopram. Magnesium supplements can help.

windywel did this stop eventually? i had to come off citalopram because of that exact reason and I'm still twitching and I've been to see a neurologist who is convinced its still a lasting side affect.
