I’ve started to notice that I seem to bruise really easily. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in May and have since lost 3 stone and my diabetes has gone into remission but I have so many bruises on my legs I’ve just noticed another and have no idea how I got it. It’s on my shin about 1 inch by 2 inches but I don’t remember walking into anything. Can losing weight make you bruise easier? It sounds daft but the only things I’ve changed is my exercise and eating habits

It could just be due to thinning skin, so you are noticing bruises more.

As long as you are getting enough nutrients then it’s isn’t much else it could be.
