Hi,

I'm 24 and have unfortunately had to live with the ordeal of having panic/anxiety attacks since the age of 11.

Recently i was playing football and then all of a sudden i felt out of control and my left eye had blurred vision. Is this related to my 'illness' or was it merely a 'migraine'. This blurred vision lasted around 40 mins and wasn't pleasant.

Thanks for you help.

Hi Nebster

If the feeling out of control came first then the vision disturbance sounds like anxiety related , if the vision came first and you then thought about what it might be and then worried it is more likely to be migraine .

hello Nebster,

I used to get blurred vision quite a lot when I was at my worst. I think it is due to blood pressure but can't remember if it's because your blood pressure has shot up or dropped. However, there's nothing to worry about! Although it is an unpleasant experience, it does pass.

Hi Nebster

I have had migraine in the past and it caused blurred vision,
this was before I suffered with PA.
But since haveing PA I have had blurred vision with anxiaty[V]
So ask yourself the Q Meg has asked. and you will come up
with the answer to your Q.
I know it must have been unpleasant for you, weather it was
a migraine or anxiaty attack always remember it will pass.
