Hello everyone ,

I have been on this site for a couple years , previously on anxietyzone which no longer exists .

I had a really bad anxiety phase about 4 years ago where I could not leave my house for 1 month . I had panic attacks , dizziness , foggy head feeling, muscle twitching and more . After several tests they said it was cause by anxiety . I started Zoloft (sertraline ) and my symptoms started to get better and while it was not perfect I was able to live normally and felt better overall.

Last year I started doing a very slow withdrawal until I was completely off Zoloft a few months ago . Since then my endometriosis symptoms have worsened and I am having so many symptoms, clearly something is wrong with me .

I get these constant dizzy spells , heart palpitations , heavy/fuzzy head feeling , I feel like I’m forgetting so many words , I am constantly tired , I get nightmares almost every night . I don’t know what to do anymore . I spoke to the GP who thinks it’s anxiety related , but clearly this can’t be just that . I am so scared and I feel like no one around me understands. I am also not understanding how the GP does not send me for more tests.

I have a prescription of Xanax (0.25 mg) and even that does not help much .

Does anyone ever had that many symptoms and it ended up being only anxiety ?

Honestly, I'm pretty sure this is par for the course with anxiety. Mine doesn't even have to be that bad before I start getting the sort of feelings you describe.
