returned after 8 years

Hey everyone!

I'm so glad to see this site still exists!
My names Heather, I'm a 26 year old, Mother to 6 year old.
I have suffered from anxiety/panic attacks for a good 10 years and unfortunately i'm struggling again.
I am terrified i will lose my partner and job over these episodes.
