Neck Crack/Stroke Fear

For the last few days-a week, my neck has been jarring when I turn my head a certain way. It gets quite sore and sometimes causes short lived head pains.
I'm so anxious that this will lead to a stroke. I've heard so many horror stories about it.
I feel like the left side of my face has gone numb/tingly - not completely. If I had with my nail it hurts. Just feels weird. But is this because I'm anxious??
. I'm so scared that one more jar/crack and that'll be it. Or the damage has been done and the stroke is about to happen.

I saw a chiropractor the other week and he mentioned this. Apparently the chances are extremely minimal (something like one in a million) and is usually caused by pre existing conditions anyway.

Thanks Adam. it's just driving me mad. I'm limiting head movements which i think is making me feel funny/dizzy. maybe it's a pinched nerve causing the funny feeling in my face
