I started the keto diet in June and did it for around 6 weeks, since then I have just been doing a low calorie diet.
Since going back to work in September I’ve been really tired, having to have a nap early evening and just anxiety for no reason in particular.. also a little breathless, it feels like I did when I had iron deficiency when I was pregnant.

Can anxiety become really bad from low iron ?
Because normally I’m anxious for a reason but lately it’s just from nothing and I’m finding it hard to fall asleep when I go to bed

Yes, anaemia can cause anxiety (and depression and various other 'mental' health impacts), I've read up on it in the past as I had many years of being periodically anaemic. WHy not get a blood test done to see if you are anaemic, or if there is something else behind the symptoms ? However, if you are dieting heavily then that alone can make you feel weak and tired.
