I was put on Omeprazole 2 weeks ago after having acid reflux then Gaviscon after every meal,the reflux has now settled down but now I have terrible constipation although I do have IBS c but these medicines seem to have made it worse.My doctor told me not to take these after 2 weeks so my last day is tomorrow.

They never had that effect on me but every person is different I guess.

Too many days of omeprazole made me constipated too.

No, you haven’t done anything wrong. They’re just busy & have to type fast sometimes.
