I dont know what your problem is but first stop has to be Gp!!!

They will diagnose you and refer you from there:)

went to the gp and they told me to find a doctor that works with anxiety like a psych or psychologist, they couldnt refer me

I must say I'm a bit surprised that your GP has left it up to you to decide - I'd ask again for some advice.
