Hi guys I’ve been dealing with pretty bad health anxiety over my lymph nodes lately. But that’s besides the point anyways for the past day or so I’ve noticed tingly painful teeth. It was pretty bad last night but I was also focusing on it.

It seems like if I’m distracted I don’t notice.

It feels like my whole mouth is tingly, lips gums etc and the pain in my teeth. Obviously I’m scared it’s something bad but I’m not going to let google get me!!

I just got over a sinus infection, I’ve had severe stress over my health anxiety lately and I catch myself grinding my teeth during the day so I know I’m doing it while I sleep. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I think your answer lies here. Sinus infections/pressure can cause these sensations in your teeth. Grinding can certainly cause the issues.

Thank you for your reply!
I was coming up with logical reasons also just curious if other people experience it as well.

I think this is a real phenomenon called burning mouth syndrome and its caused by stress / anxiety
