Sitting Down

Hello,

Does anyone else find their abdomen / bowel start playing up when sitting for longer periods.... particularly in the car, at a desk, etc

I always seem to get the trapped wind sensations, bubbling feeling, etc

I’m in a bout of anxiety right now about my digestion and all that and I 100% identify with this. I have a desk job so I’m sitting a lot of the day and I notice that during the work week my stomach and bowels are all messed up. I go to the bathroom more often and get more trapped air which results in chest pain. They tend to call down on the weekends when I’m home.

I can't remember exactly but I think a lot of my stomach problems started not long after I started my current job where I sit for long hours
