Back and foot pain!

Back again!!!!

I have been very stressed recently and my anxiety has flared up, as most of you know I’m a retail manager and I’m on my feet for 7-10 hours a day on concrete floor, my feet and back are in bits!!

I’ve had MRI and bloods which were all normal so I’m putting it down to posture related and then my anxiety intensifies it to the point where I start to question if it’s something more serious,

I’m 6ft 3 aswell and I know my core is pretty weak

It went away on its own, but my anxiety has flared up and that’s caused my back pain to come back
