Hi. First post here. I had keyhole surgery 2 months ago and ended up with infection. In and out of hospital. Aneamic which resulted in bad heart palpitations which as resulted in me being anxious 24/7 . I can't even drive. Every morning I get up. Feel shaky straight away. Cold tingly feet. Lips and hands. Nausea. Shivery. Hot flushes. I can't shift it at all. I try to keep busy but that don't work. I have now started drinking in the evenings as it does go for a bit. Any help would be welcome x
