Hey guys. I'm sam, was a member here about 10 years ago. Luckily enough got control of my anxiety and panic attacks fairly quickly and have lived a relatively normal existence since, but after suffering a small injury and experiencing some unusual symptoms my panic and anxiety have sky rocketed. I'm pretty sure I am bringing on all my symptoms myself through anxiety but I cannot get on top of it and stop scanning my body for new things to worry about. I know all the things I'm supposed to do from before but their just not calming me down. I know last time this forum really helped me, just being able to get things off my chest and vent without burdening my close family with my irrational thoughts and feelings. Hoping everyone is having a peaceful evening. X
