I just woke up to this extreme feeling shooting in my head and tongue it felt like a intense brain zap that lasted a minute but far more intense while it was happening I was trying to get up but I couldn't move my head or anyting so I kept trying and eventually my body started twitching and I could start moving don't know what this is ,right now I'm worried I had a seizure or a stroke, has anybody had this happen to them?
