Ah this is so annoying, about a month ago I went to the opticians - they did a retina pic Which I’ve not had before and there was a tiny white dot on the pic - he said oh I think it’s just sun damage make sure you wear sunglasses, now I mean I have HA so I didn’t just forget about it but I tried to accept what he said - anyway I read something from a optician that said that you should get a firm diagnosis etc etc now I’m panicking! I’ve booked ANOTHER optician app for Friday but I’m panicking it’s linked to all the stupid MS symptoms like numb shoulder and tingling I’ve had that the doc says is anxiety ... I’m so close to having a panic attack ... has anyone else had something similar?
