I'm dizzy a good amount of the time most likely dehydration or sumthin, I'm sleepy, I'm bored, everythin is meh any advice on how to get out of this hole?

Yes... tis the season for giving.

Get involved with community service, adopt a family for Christmas, donate time at an animal shelter, feed the poor at a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner at a church or homeless shelter.

Need more ideas?

What are you willing to do to not only make yourself feel better but help others less fortunate?

Yep. Drink water,get up and go outside and get some fresh air,breath in and out and do some exercise.x

Help others, as Nancy says, or learn something new. If you keep your body and brain busy there'll be less opportunity for the worry to creep in.

What exactly are you willing to do to improve your situation?

When will you do it?

If you want to stop feeling like "ass" you need to get your "ass" moving in the right direction.

I've been learning how to program and stuff bro ! I don't feel bad anymore I was just at a low point at that time.
