What else can cause neuro symptoms

If I (begrudgingly) accept no MS, what the hell else (other than anxiety) can cause neuro symptoms ... I say other than anxiety because these symptoms have only come up 3 times in my life and I’ve had a million anxious times in between.

This time I’ve had:
Fuzzy headaches
Buzz feeling in left foot
Left shoulder felt dead but came and went and got worse after gym, also some neck discomfort
Bit of burning skin but only for 5 min
Tingling but in private area

Just all driving me mad! I’ve changed my birth control to see if that could of been a possibility, I’ve upped my vit D ... no changes!

Because anxiety isn't linear and predictable.

Looking for other causes, causes more anxiety. If you can accept it's NOT MS, you can accept it IS anxiety.

A pinched nerve could cause some of those symptoms.

I don’t think anything you’ve listed is neurological to be honest. Tingling in feet or hands is almost always caused by compressed nerves due to sitting in the same position or things like that.

Headaches are one of the most common complaints in medicine and are very very rarely a sign of something neurological.

Anything else you’ve listed is things that we all experience from time to time.

I don’t know why you are “begrudgingly” trying time accept this isn’t MS. It’s not remotely suggestive of it and in all honesty you’re looking for an explanation of neurological symptoms you don’t even have.
