help for new member

Hi all

I have just had a Pm from a new member called valatpaws asking for help!!! i have tried but we can't seem to get anywhere.

She wants to do an intro post but keeps getting asked to accept forum rules and when clicking nothing happens.

Any ideas anyone please for helping her.
I have told her i would ask you to PM her with advice. bless her she has been trying ages!!!
