Really bad week

I'm getting really bad health anxiety this week. I've been away so I convinced myself I had developed DVT due to sitting for a long time, and have a bruise underneath my knee.

After been cleared by the hospital yesterday I went back today due to bad aches and pains in my side. Turns out I do have a water infection and now have antibiotics.

This is all made worse by the fact my mum passed away in September so I am suffering really badly with grief at the moment.

Does anyone else have this happen before to them? The DVT worry

I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s a very difficult time and it’s not surprising that you’re having trouble right now with your anxiety.

I did have a concern that I might of had a dvt but I had a lot of risk factors. You’ve been cleared by the hospital, you’re fine. DVT is very noticeable, they wouldn’t of missed it.
