Hi i am new!!!!

Hi i am Val and i have had trouble with anxiety and depression for years now. A lot of the time i have been ok on medication but the last couple of years have been much worse. The anxiety and panic attacks have taken over and at the moment i am finding a really bad spell. I am hoping to find some support from this site and am hoping that i will make some much needed friends. You feel so alone dont you???? Anyway am trying not to sound too glummy but as we all know that is hard!!!!1

I used to feel very alone with this even though I have a very supportive family.

But, there's nothing like knowing others can empathise with you. And that certainly happens here.
