View Full Version : Head Pressure & Out Of It for 6 years

I've had the above symptoms for 6 years non stop... the worst sensation is the 24/7 head pressure and feeling out of it/disconnected

Had all scans and tests - normal time and time again

The thing is how do you just 'accept' or 'forget' this symptom when this physical head feeling affects everything - makes you feel off balance, affects vision, causes ringing ears, makes you feel out of it when trying to focus in conversation - effectively just makes you want to lie down all the time!

Any advice appreciated x

you would be surprised how anxiety , stress can physically manifest itself on your body. Have you been offered any therapy by your doctor if all other tests were clear?
