Fear of infection sepsis

Ive recently had a root canal and a tooth out on monday its now thursday but im suffering badly from a fear of getting sepsis theres no pain.my family are annoyed with me and im struggling with it all the time.i constantly notice every sensation and im always on the look out for it
I feel embrassed by how jumpy i am but i dont know what the doctors could do to help my health anxiety even a doctor said before once sepsis comes on quickly you could have it hours later but you dont now. Im terrified of sepsis my whole month has been some kind of panic about sepsis as my family keep getting bugs and i slways think its that. How do you get over this health anxiety struggle .

I can tell you this. My Aunt just had sepsis and almost died. She was critically ill. She wasn’t coherent, enormous fever, horrible wounding on her arms and leg, didn’t eat for 3 days and was found by a neighbor. You don’t have sepsis. You would be critically sick in hospital.

From anxiety also and I know it’s debilitating.
