Omg this year is going to kill me for sure. I'm jumping from one thing to another constantly. I'm now freaking out over upper right sided feeling of fullness and a lot of gas and burping. The fullness doesn't hurt just feels strange. I wake up with so much upper gas and a bloating feeling. I also have acid reflux but Im worried that the reflux is a symptom of stomach or colon cancer . I'm just a total mess all the time. My constant worry now is that it's the cancer that is causing me to have all this fullness and gas . I've had this going on this way for 2 weeks now and counting :scared15::weep:.
