Hey guys
Been a while since I've had to use this forum, which is a big achievement for me!
To give the background over me being back and my anxiety being up, my partner has recently gone overseas to the US from Aus.

I've been having a few panic attacks due to my gut being upset (severe ibs) One of the symptoms mentioned in the title was the left arm slight numbness/tingling down the outside of the arm and to the pinky finger and one next to it. I've mostly convinced myself I'm going to be fine, but it's always nice to hear from others.

Look up ulnar nerve compression.

It usually goes away with stretching.

I have this! It's not a big deal, but be aware it could eventually proceed to being painful and take a while to clear up.

Thanks all for the replies! I've been trying to do my best to avoid looking things up, as hard as it can be sometimes haha.
Just have to stop my anxiety from moving onto something else now.
