Had to bring relative to the hospital

I’ve had to bring my grandma and grandpa to the hospital today. My trapped nerve is playing havoc and now I’m waiting for them and I’m convincing myself I have neuropathy!!! I’m getting a bit stressed and the pain is really bad in my arm and back and shoulder. Just wanted to reach out because I can’t believe I’m going down this rabbit hole of thoughts [emoji189] going to try cbt she drew me a pie chart I can try when I get worried about stuff might give it ago

Yes it was my grandpas mri and my gran is immobile so it’s a bit of stressful time
