Hi all,

I'm on a few general discussion forums but decided to look for one that I genrally would get help from and actually listen to other people.

I've suffered with anxiety/panic attacks for about 5 years now. At one point it got so bad that I couldent leave the house. I hope it will never get that bad again.

I have friends and family that support me but would be great to know people who have to go through the same thing as me day in day out.

I'm Hayley (Hayz), I'm 22 and from London. :)
