Scared I'm going to get food poisoning

I just ate some seafood sticks and when I got to the bottom of the pack there was a bit of water/liquid in the bottom of the pack and now I'm worried that they were bad and I'm going to get food poisoning from them. They were completely packaged and within date but I'm making myself freak out. I'm losing it right now. My anxiety is winning.

There is always water at the bottom of those packets. You’ll be fine [emoji4]

That is normal for packaged fish. You would know if fish is off cos of the smell.

Try rationalising it next time rather than panic and post.
