Head injury, cut open on eyebrow.

Hello so today UK time at 2.30pm I was playing a football match, went for a header and me and another player clashed heads! My eye cut open and I was stunned. I didn’t lose conciousness. I went to A&E the dr looked at me, glued my eye and said get someone to watch you. No scans or anything even though I said I had doZiness.

my worry is something bad will happen, I live alone and it’s been 5 hours since but still loads of dizziness and pain.

so worried something bad is going to happen some pint tonight or throughout the night 😩.

Any help appreciated.
