Hi all,
So for the last week, I've been having stressful breathing issues where I struggle to take deep breaths. I've been under a lot of stress the last month and it's all resolved now and so I'm trying to convince myself that this is just the come-down from that but it's a struggle. I feel like all the muscles in between my shoulder blades are too tight, no position is comfortable and walking is exhausting because I can't breathe properly. I originally panicked that it was a heart attack but I figure that wouldn't last over a week. Can shoulder tension mess up breathing this badly and if so how can I fix it?
Any advice appreciated before I go (more) insane!
