Hey guys - for the past 5 days or so Ive had a very VERY dry mouth and unsatisfied thirst. I wont lie - I dont drink half as much water as I should but doing lots better over the past 2 weeks. Also went through a period where id barely drink any and i still wasnt this bad.
My diet is all over the place with my iBS but i mainly eat starchy carbs - could this be causing it?
I dont have too much salt but do have mcdonalds around once a week. (Chips and a small burger)
Diabetes in my dads side though he doesnt have it but ill confess im a huge sweet lover.
Ironically stopped with the sugar overload this week due to a flare of my ibs
