Since thanksgiving, Every so often, I've been having some shortness of breath when breathing in through my mouth and I feel like I can't take as deep of a breath as normally. Strangely enough, I don't have this issue when I breathe through my nose. I've found that there are times where it gets really bad and feels like I'm getting more out of breath during conversations....I don't know what to do, I feel like I have a pulmonary embolism. I know I'm a large person and have gained a little weight during the holidays, but I feel like there is something seriously wrong with me. It has to be a PE.

Why does it have to be a PE? What's your logical rationalization for this?

But you googled and matched that with your symptoms. Why can't it just be anxiety?

It has to be a PE.
You do need to work on changing these thoughts as well.

Why does it HAVE to be?

It could be a million other things.
