Tongue numbness with ear infection (perforated ear)

Has anyone had tingling tongue with an ear infection? If I tilt my head back my tongue goes funny. I'm sure it's to do with war infection because when I use the drops in my ear it goes like it too.
Just another one of my problems. Argh!!

Yes, normal. I hope you’re taking antibiotics, getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of fluids.

Glad to hear that. Yes I'm on antibiotics now, praying it gets better soon. It's so irritating!
