Did anyone else's Panic Attacks start at school?

I think mine started with the weekly school assembly - horrible

I also think my morning 'dread' / panic ... is somehow related to going to school

I never got bullied or anything - but I didn't like school either

I suffer social anxiety/phobia which definately started at a young age. I hated school but I was never bullied either. Unfortunately because I was so young and couldn't adequately communicate how I felt, the anxiety problems were never understood at that time.

I started having panic attacks at night times when I was 7 or 8. Then when it returned at 16/17 it was very much a case of school being a trigger for them.

No, mine didn't start until my 30s, and I despised school.

Mine started before I started school and I played truant a lot because I couldn't cope with going to school.

Definitely experienced panic regularly before entering education but I'll say what I went through in schools made them seismic sadly :roflmao:
