Hangover cold type deal

Hello
I have a weird hangover thing. the day after I drank and wasn't too bad but today (day after) I just don't feel 100% kinda weakish it's hard to explain. I get the odd headache but it goes away with paracetamol. I'm just worried why this has happened and why it's gone on two days

It probably is a cold, rather than a hangover. Or perhaps a mixture of the two. The reason I say this is because I'm from the UK as well and there's a bug doing the rounds at the minute - a cold bug, not a vomiting bug. I came down with it yesterday. Been sat under the covers beside the fire ever since! (This is probably the 3rd or 4th cold I've had since September ffs!)

Wouldn't worry about it tbh.
