Hi guys,

Few weeks ago I noticed that my throat 'clicks' near the adams apple on the right side every time I swallow a big bite of food and head is straight ahead or tilted right.

It doesn't happen when head tilted left or with liquids or smaller chunks.

I'm really stressed the last few weeks, could it be that my throat muscles are tight and causing the 'click' ? Its not an actual click, more like a feeling that a muscle is pulled (when the esophagus stretches for the food) and then snaps back to normal once the food travels that area further down.

It brings tons of anxiety and I cant differ the symptoms from an actual physical issue or anxiety related. I doubt doctors will take me seriously because there is no pain involved at all.

Help ! :(
