Forgive the barrage of info as I'm on mobile and feeling on edge.

Since yesterday I've noticed I have been feeling very thirsty - sometimes to the point of feeling panicky. I also have a dry mouth. Its really sending me off on one as I'm really scared I've got something wrong with me.

I've been drinking a lot of peppermint tea these last few days and I'm wondering if that could be dehydrating me. I seem to be in a cycle of extreme thirst, pee and then it goes round and round.

I really am trying not to panic!

Anxiety can do this, especially if you're mouth breathing a lot (also common with anxiety).

Mouth breathing isn't the normal way to breath and dries your mouth out, leading to feel thirsty when you're not. You then drink more water, pee more and then flush out your electrolytes....and then you ARE thirsty...for electrolytes.

I would buy some electrolyte powder and have a couple of portions a day, and pay attention to how you're breathing.
