Upper stomach pain

Hi I am new here. I have been getting upper stomach pains off and on for 3 days now. Also a little diarrhea. The pain was very very bad, kept me up all night, then during the day it kinda went away, and came back last night. My stomach is still hurting a bit now, but not as bad as last night. I've hardly had any sleep. It feels like a burning pain, and it hurts so bad I can hardly contain myself without crying. Has anyone been through this? I am terrified of dying.

how are you feeling now? Your symptoms sound like gastritis. If it doesn’t clear up in a few days, it might be worth getting you dr to do a test for hy.pylori , as if you have it, you’ll need some antibiotics. However, gastritis can be caused by other things. It might clear up on its own, with a careful diet, or you might need some ppis

I had this last month and was diagnosed with GERD, but best to go to a doctor and get checked for sure.
