I need help with what I think are tension headaches. I've been getting them for the past two weeks after an aborted attempt to increase my lexapro dose. I have stiffness and tightness in the back of my head, stiffness in my neck and occasional shooting pains and tingling up my scalp. I've been very stressed for the past few months and I've made several failed attempts to adjust my meds. If anyone has experience with anything similar, I'd appreciate your help.
