Don't know what to do.

Can anyone give me some advice. My problem is I don't know if I'm suffering from anxiety/panic. I used to be such an outgoing person with many friends but over the past few years I have lost all my friends because for some unknown reason I get in such a state at the thought of being where there are people. I'm fine if my 22 yr old daughter is with me but other than that I'm hopeless. I can't even go to the doctor on my own as the thought of sitting in the waiting room on my own sends me into sheer panic. I don't go shopping on my own, I even find it a nightmare to take my dogs out. I get pains in my chest, legs shake and I get in a real state. Please can anyone give me some advice?

I think the best thing you could do would be to talk to your gp, maybe get some couselling or something. I'm not sure and am not really the right person to tell you what is wrong with you. *cuddles* good luck and take care xxx
