Hungry Day After Drinking

Hello everyone

So yesterday I did some drinking. I had a glass of bourbon in the afternoon then a few hours later I had a Long Island Iced Tea. I only had one. They are really boozy. Haha

I was by no means drunk even though I was drinking liquor. I drank plenty of water.

This morning I woke up extremely hungry. Very bad hunger pangs. Now as of writing this I feel better but I’m still somewhat hungry.

Anyone ever experience this?

Ah ok. I was hoping this wasn’t a return of my acid reflux where I had bad hunger pangs.

So you can get the munchies from drinking even if you aren’t drunk?

Well... when I indulge in a rare alcoholic beverage, it seems like life isn't complete unless I have some munchables around ;)
